At TripActions, I spearheaded the creation of ads and brand materials designed to broaden the company’s perception from solely travel management to encompassing both travel and expense management. Through strategic marketing campaigns and comprehensive brand storytelling, I effectively communicated this expanded value proposition to our target audience. This strategic shift not only attracted a wider customer base but also solidified TripActions’ standing as a leader in the industry.
The processes I put in place in place also lead to a 20% improvement in team productivity and output. My team delivered 15–30 creative projects every week, all while managing the rebrand to Navan.
